Frequently Asked Questions

This hunt is primarily focused on mallards, which make up roughly 90% of our harvest. You may also have opportunities at gadwall, wigeon, teal, and other puddle ducks, with occasional Canada geese depending on conditions and scouting.

Wyoming allows up to a 7-duck daily limit, giving you the opportunity to build a full strap of greenheads and mixed puddle ducks throughout your trip.

This is a small-water, close-range hunt. We focus on traffic shooting in tight corridors like streams, sloughs, and rivers, targeting birds inside 20 yards for clean, ethical finishes.

You’re welcome to bring your own shotgun (20 gauge or 28 gauge only), or we can provide gun rentals and ammunition if needed

We intentionally limit shotguns to smaller gauges to promote close-range shooting and a more traditional, ethical hunting experience focused on decoying birds within tight range. Please reach out with any questions regarding 12 GA shotgun usage

Hunts typically run from early morning into mid-day, focusing on peak bird movement. After the hunt, the rest of the day is yours to relax or explore the area.

Your package includes: 3 fully guided duck hunts, 4 nights lodging, Breakfast and coffee in the blind, Bird cleaning (breasted and cut), and Access to equipment rentals if needed

Afternoons are intentionally left open. Guests can explore Jackson Hole, enjoy local dining, shoot clays, or relax back at the lodge.

Yes, non-hunting guests are welcome for $400 and can enjoy the lodge and surrounding area while you hunt.

The recommended airport is Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). You can rent a car or arrange for pickup. Detailed directions will be provided after booking.

We recommend you bring Waders or rubber boots, Rain jacket (camo or neutral colors), Warm & insulated clothing, Shotgun (20 or 28 gauge) and, Ammunition (if not renting)

Trips follow a structured weekly format: Monday: Arrival (2:00 PM), Tuesday–Thursday: Hunt Days, Friday: Departure (by 10:00 AM)
